Terms and Conditions (Booking Policies)

Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized partners.
  • A minimum advance payment (as specified per package) is required to confirm a booking.
  • Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour.

Pricing

  • Prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Package prices may vary depending on currency fluctuations, government taxes, and seasonal demand.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation by the customer must be made in writing (email or form).
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the following policy:
    • 30 days or more before departure: Full refund (minus processing fees).
    • 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.
    • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
  • In case of cancellation by the company (due to unforeseen reasons), customers will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.

Travel Documents

  • Customers are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, ID proofs, and travel insurance.
  • The company is not liable for any issues arising from invalid or missing documents.

Health & Safety

  • Travelers must inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements before booking.
  • The company holds the right to deny participation if a traveler is deemed unfit for the tour.
