Booking & Payment<\/strong><\/h4>
  • All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized partners.<\/li>
  • A minimum advance payment (as specified per package) is required to confirm a booking.<\/li>
  • Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour.<\/li><\/ul>

    Pricing <\/strong><\/h4>
    • Prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.<\/li>
    • Package prices may vary depending on currency fluctuations, government taxes, and seasonal demand.<\/li><\/ul>

      Cancellations & Refunds <\/strong><\/h4>
      • Cancellation by the customer must be made in writing (email or form).<\/li>
      • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the following policy:
        • 30 days or more before departure: Full refund (minus processing fees).<\/li>
        • 15\u201329 days before departure: 50% refund.<\/li>
        • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
          • In case of cancellation by the company (due to unforeseen reasons), customers will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.<\/li><\/ul>

            Travel Documents<\/strong><\/h4>
            • Customers are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, ID proofs, and travel insurance.<\/li>
            • The company is not liable for any issues arising from invalid or missing documents.<\/li><\/ul>

              Health & Safety <\/strong><\/h4>
              • Travelers must inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements before booking.<\/li>
              • The company holds the right to deny participation if a traveler is deemed unfit for the tour.<\/li><\/ul>

                Governing Law <\/strong><\/h4>
