Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized partners.
- A minimum advance payment (as specified per package) is required to confirm a booking.
- Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour.
Pricing

- Package prices may vary depending on currency fluctuations, government taxes, and seasonal demand.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation by the customer must be made in writing (email or form).
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per the following policy:
- 30 days or more before departure: Full refund (minus processing fees).
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
- In case of cancellation by the company (due to unforeseen reasons), customers will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.
Travel Documents
- Customers are responsible for carrying valid passports, visas, ID proofs, and travel insurance.
- The company is not liable for any issues arising from invalid or missing documents.
Health & Safety
- Travelers must inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements before booking.
- The company holds the right to deny participation if a traveler is deemed unfit for the tour.
